Hiking, yoga, cooking. I just had a baby so hobbies are difficult these days

Favorite Composer/Piece?
Whatever I happen to be playing that week

Why?
I like almost all music, and it’s hard to pick a favorite. When I am working, I try to treat everything as if it were my favorite, I always give 101%

What teacher/educator/event influenced you the most, and why?
My viola teacher in college, Atar Arad, was most influential. He was very tough, but in a loving way. He was very stingy with
compliments so when he did say something nice you know he really meant it. I learned so much from him, and he pushed me to work harder than I ever have.

Ideal Vacation?
Someplace interesting with good food and fun things to do outside, a good mix of relaxing and sightseeing.

I can’t choose just one…

What teacher/educator/event influenced you the most, and why?
Otto-Werner Mueller Shaped my view of the orchestra and its role in connecting us to the composer’s intentions.
