Here are some ways you can connect with the Delaware Symphony Orchestra and HEAR IT in action!

Explorer Concerts

Experience the magic of an orchestra performance, supplemented by in-school materials. These concerts are best suited for students Grades K through 5 (although all ages are welcome), including homeschool educators and students.

Tickets for the Explorer Concerts are $11 per student, with a discount for Title 1 schools.

Our Wilmington Explorer Concerts are held at The Grand Opera House. For registration information in Wilmington, please visit the link below. The Wilmington date is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:30am & 12:00pm.

Our Dover Explorer Concerts are held at Dover High School. The Dover date is Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 12:00pm.

    During these performances, a DSO (or partner venue) photographer will be capturing images of students, teachers, and chaperones for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, use on websites, print, and social media platforms.     Community Concerts

    These concerts, held at our arts partner venue The Episcopal Church of Saints Andrew & Matthew, are FREE and open to everyone. No reservations are required. Families and all ages welcome!

    Our family-focused Jingle Bell Jamboree celebrates the season with a joyful afternoon of holiday music for all ages! This festive concert features timeless carols, spirited melodies, and beloved favorites. The perfect way to immerse yourself in holiday spirit!
